Stephanie Reighart is a former freelance writer specializing in the environment and outdoor recreation, with experience covering many topics including business, education, medicine and health. In 2016, she biked from Seattle, WA to Bar Harbor, ME. In 2015 and 2016, she hiked from Mexico to Canada on the Pacific Crest Trail. In 2009, she thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail.

Stephanie has written content for digital and print media including interviews, feature articles, profiles, essays and copy writing projects. She regularly reports current events, farming, energy and other cool things worth talking about. Her work has been published in the Valley News, The York Daily Record, A.T Journeys, (614) Magazine, Trail Runner and Smart magazine.

Stephanie earned her Emergency Medical Technician certification through SOLO School in 2015.

Stephanie worked as a farmhand at Sweetland Farm, a diversified produce and meat farm in Norwich, Vermont.
